PRACTICAL INFORMATION

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Dismantle

Our team will deliver, set up, and style your Teepee Party right at your chosen location (home, venue, or event space). After the party, we’ll return to dismantle and collect everything. It's completely hassle-free for you!

Security Deposit: €150
Accepted via Tikkiebank transfer, or cash at the time of delivery. Your security deposit will be returned within three business days after we collect the equipment and confirm that all items are in good condition.

To help us create the perfect teepee party experience, please:

  • Clear the designated space before we arrive
  • Remove any large furniture or obstacles
  • Vacuum or clean the floor where the mattresses will be placed
  • Make sure there is easy access for us to bring in equipment

We’ll take care of the rest by styling your space with love and attention to detail!

FAQ

What is the security deposit?
We require a €150 security deposit. You can pay it via Tikkie, bank transfer, or cash at the time of delivery. The deposit will be returned within three business days after we collect the equipment and check that everything is in good condition.

Do you set everything up and take it down? Do I need to organize anything when you come to collect?
Yes, we take care of the full setup and styling before your event and return to pack everything down afterward. You do not need to organise or pack anything for collection. We ask that the space be left tidy and that the tents and decor remain where we set them up so we can collect everything smoothly.

Do you cover all of Holland?
Our main delivery area is Amsterdam and surrounding regions. We can often deliver to other locations in the Netherlands as well. Please contact us with your party location and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fees depend on your location and will be confirmed when you book. For Amsterdam and nearby areas, delivery is often included or available at a small additional fee. We are happy to provide a quote based on your address.

How should I prepare the space?
Please clear the designated area of any furniture or large items before we arrive. Make sure the floor is clean where the mattresses will go. Ensure there is easy access for us to bring in the tents and equipment. We will handle the rest.

What happens if the setup does not fit in my space?
We will do our best to adjust the layout creatively to fit your space. If it is not possible to fit the full number of tents, we can discuss reducing the setup or arranging an alternative solution. We are happy to advise on space requirements before booking.

Can I mix and match the themes?
Yes, absolutely. You can mix and match elements from different themes to create a custom look for your event. Just let us know what you have in mind.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the security deposit is non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Can I personalise a theme? I have something in mind, but you do not offer it yet.
Yes, we love custom requests. If you have a particular theme or style in mind that we do not currently offer, please contact us and we will do our best to create something special for your event.
