Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 15 days before the event date without any penalty, subject to availability. Cancellation by Mini Munchkins: In the unlikely event that Mini Munchkins has to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered. Weather Conditions: For outdoor events, a backup indoor location should be considered. Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will follow the standard cancellation policy.
